Remote Help Procedure
Follow the steps below to let Comtrex Technician access your computer remotely.
 
1. First you need to download the mini vnc server to your computer here

hide Choose Save option to download the file to the folder of your choice

2. Save the file ( remoteComputerHelpDesk.exe ) to the folder of your choice.

3. Go to the folder where you have saved the file and double click on it to open. screenshot
hide Choose Run to start mini vnc server (remoteComputerHelpDesk.exe)

4. You will see the list of Comtrex HelpDesk Support Technicians. Choose one of them by double clicking. When you double click on one of the support technicians it means you allow him/her to connect to your computer.

hide Double click in the left window on "Comtrex Technician (double click here)" to allow remote access to your computer.

5. You can always stop/close remote access to your computer. There is a little icon in the right bottom corner of your desktop with mini vnc server running. If you right click on the icon, you will see submenu, choose Close to terminate remote access session to your computer.

6. At the end of the remote control session mini vnc server deinstalls itself and leaves your computer without additional software.
